About We the Undaunted

This blog is born out of a love for the truth and a conviction to speak it. In a time of turmoil and radical division, I believe the truth is the only solution to an ever-mounting mass of problems. In a time when many are afraid and hatred runs high, the necessary response is one of bravery and love. I believe in the God of the Bible, the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I hold to the fear of the Lord as the beginning of wisdom and because I fear Him, I know I need not be daunted by any other power. I know that what I fear most will control me, and I choose to give that place to the God of grace alone.

My writing here will reflect my journey in rooting out the fear in my life so that I may honor Christ better in everything that I do. This impacts my faith, lifestyle, politics, and so much more. I believe that there are many others out there who are willing to take up this calling and face the trials of life. I hope that they will be brought together here to be encouraged, strengthened, and challenged. We, the undaunted, must unite in the battles facing our families, communities, country, and ultimately our souls. If we turn our hearts to the Lord, He will be with us. And if God is for us, who can be against us?
